About Raajan

Raajan joined the team at Godfreys Law as a litigation associate and brings over 10 years of experience in debt recovery, civil and commercial litigation, insolvency, relationship property, dissolution of marriage or divorce orders, disputed estates and PPPR Act matters (property manager and welfare guardian orders).

He aims to simplify the process for his clients and achieve the best possible outcome – always stepping back and assessing the issues in a cost-effective and sensible manner. Focusing on understanding and appreciating people often results in a satisfactory outcome for all. Good honest legal advice is what you will receive to enable the right decision in the circumstances.

He is passionate about giving back to the community through his involvement with the Citizens Advice Bureau, Rotary and Sporting organisations, using his knowledge and experience to help others.

Raajan and his family recently relocated from Auckland to Christchurch. He is keen on anything sports, and loves being actively involved in his son’s U10 cricket team. When not at work Raajan loves connecting with nature, regular trips to the beach, walking his dogs, biking and taking long road trips are always on the card.
