This week is mental health awareness week (26th Sept to 2nd Oct), and in recognition of this Godfreys Law are showing our staff it is important, and we care:
- Wellbeing cup filled with motivational tips, treats, and brain exercises
- Yoga on Wednesday lunchtime
- Massages (last Thursday to fit into our schedule)
- ‘Dogfreys’ on Wednesday: A social event for everyone, getting outside with our dogs, and sharing time with each other. (Watch our next post for snippets and pictures).
Upcoming events we are involved in to ensure we continue supporting mental health in the workplace:
- Zonta Yellow Rose Walk
- Pink Ribbon walk
- Life Education trust duck race
Keeping up with the mental health of our staff is important to us here at Godfreys Law. Checking in with one another can go a long way both in and outside of the office which is part of the reason we value charity involvement. Whilst we believe mental health should be supported and at the top of our priority list every week, we wanted to show you how we are making an effort this week in light of the National effort.
