Erika joined the team in June 2024. Erika has an extensive background in Relationship Property and brings with her years of experience in this area. While working in Relationship Property, Erika is also passionate about Elder Law, including Estates and Property Law.
After finishing her degree at the University of Canterbury, Erika moved to Western Australia with her partner. During this time Erika worked on large scale commercial construction projects, sparking an interest in property matters. Following a move back home to Christchurch, Erika started practising Law in 2020 where she worked with two Senior Family Law Barristers, largely practising in Relationship Property.
Erika strives to provide excellent communication where clients feel supported and properly advised through often stressful situations. A quality service that clients can depend on, is most important when dealing with client’s personal matters and Erika is here to provide ease during these processes.
In her spare time, Erika enjoys walking and biking in the Port Hills with her family, reading and awaiting the first lot of eggs from her three chickens.
